As a key member of the team, you will focus on driving growth through service agreements across the commercial HVAC sector. Working closely with facility managers, property owners, and building operators, you'll offer tailored solutions that enhance operational performance and help clients achieve their long-term sustainability goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Building strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients
  2. Actively identifying, pursuing, and winning new service agreement contracts across the commercial and industrial sectors
  3. Positioning comprehensive building solutions that extend beyond traditional HVAC service
  4. Collaborating with a team of technical experts to deliver best-in-class outcomes
  5. Representing a business that leads the industry in innovation, quality, and major project delivery
Experience Needed:
  • Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally within building services, HVAC, facilities management, or related sectors
  • Relevant HVAC knowledge with mechanical or electrical background
  • A natural ability to engage, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • A strong track record of securing new contracts and growing client portfolios
  • A solutions-driven approach, paired with commercial acumen and strategic thinking
