**Job Opportunity:** Disability Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. This role involves providing vital assistance to individuals with varying abilities, enabling them to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in mental health, behavioral issues, and trauma-based care. They should also have a Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent, NDIS screening check, and NDIS Worker Orientation module. Additionally, they must be fully Covid vaccinated, hold a current driver's license, and have comprehensive car insurance.
A typical day for a Disability Support Worker may involve supporting participants with tasks such as community access and transport, domestic and personal care, and 24-hour complex supports.
