We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by connecting with new and expectant parents through expert product knowledge.
- Stock Management: Ensure recall stock is properly managed and communicated to the team.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets while managing customer laybys, vendor orders, and manual orders.
- Store Stocktake: Support store stocktake processes.
- Culture and Safety: Embody our core values on the shop floor and commit to a safety-first culture for both staff and customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be comfortable managing people, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
