As a trade-qualified Motor Assessor, you'll utilize your expertise in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics (Cert III) to meticulously assess vehicle damage. From initiating repairs to negotiating settlements, you'll manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring cost-effective solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics plus 5 years post-trade experience.
  • Proven experience in quote writing and customer service excellence.

  • Commitment to maintaining high performance standards.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from AU$60,000 to AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A trade qualification in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics (Cert III).
  • At least 5 years of post-trade experience in motor vehicle assessment and repair.
  • Proven experience in quote writing and customer service excellence.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
