What You Bring:
- Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics plus 5 years post-trade experience.
- Proven experience in quote writing and customer service excellence.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
- A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to maintaining high performance standards.
- Current unrestricted driver's license.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from AU$60,000 to AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of motor vehicle assessment and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A trade qualification in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics (Cert III).
- At least 5 years of post-trade experience in motor vehicle assessment and repair.
- Proven experience in quote writing and customer service excellence.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
