About the Role
  • Lead the management of clinical trials from research to real-life situations, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement new systems and processes to support our projects, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trials, leveraging expertise in project management and data analysis.
  • Conduct site initiation visits, monitor trial progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on trial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in clinical trial monitoring, preferably in early phase haematology and oncology studies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
