**Infrastructure Project Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across Australia. This role offers a mix of office and field work, giving you the chance to stay close to the action while managing the bigger picture.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee project development and planning, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with clients, design engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Lead project delivery from development and planning to completion, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
  • Implement and operationalise governance frameworks, ensuring consistent compliance and alignment across all project activities.
  • Manage subcontractors and direct reports, providing clear direction, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining high standards of performance and safety.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including senior management, engineers, and field teams, to support smooth project execution and collaboration.
  • Oversee cost control and budgeting, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting to keep projects within financial targets.
  • Monitor project schedules and progress, identifying risks early and implementing solutions to keep work on track and avoid delays.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Trade qualification and/or tertiary qualification in a relevant field, as well as a minimum 5 years' experience managing infrastructure projects.
  • Formal Project Management qualification desirable.
  • Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards and public space work environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
