This role involves leading a team of field workers, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure services, civil engineering, and telecommunications, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Description
  • Lead a team of field workers and oversee daily operations.
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing multiple projects, possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also demonstrate a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in infrastructure services, civil engineering, and telecommunications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Current driver's license and Construction OH&S Induction Card.
