We are seeking a leader to drive strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional results across a diverse portfolio of road and transit projects. We are looking for a Roads & Transit Lead to oversee the development and successful delivery of complex road and transit projects and client engagements.

About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams on the development and delivery of road and transit infrastructure projects and consulting engagements. You will provide expert strategic advice on road networks and transit systems, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects and consulting engagements, ensuring they meet client requirements, are delivered on time and within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding our service offerings to clients.
  • Responsible for the overall performance and direction of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team, supporting their growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in road and transit infrastructure, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and consulting engagements. In-depth knowledge of road and transit infrastructure, systems, operations, project development and delivery is essential. Exceptional leadership, project and commercial management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor teams to deliver high-quality results are also required.
