About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Non-Destructive Testing Specialist to carry out client testing and inspection requirements in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar inspection role working on Magnetic Particle and Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing methods on large-scale industrial, mining or oil & gas client sites. The successful candidate will also have good client relationship building skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out client testing and inspection requirements in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct Magnetic Particle and Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing methods on large-scale industrial, mining or oil & gas client sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- AINDT / PCN / ISO 9712 Level 2 certification in MT, UT
- AINDT / PCN / ISO 9712 Level 2 certification in PAUT is advantageous
- Confined Space, Gas Test Atmosphere and Working at Heights tickets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding and commitment to HSE
- Advanced attention to detail and organisational skills
