Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) frameworks based on Cucumber.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Ruby/Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for complex business applications.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for testing procedures and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Testing Specialist.
  • Expertise in BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) frameworks based on Cucumber.
  • Knowledge and experience in Automation testing capability (Ruby/Cucumber, Selenium).
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Ruby, Python).
  • Knowledge and exposure to API testing (SoapUI and Postman).
  • Understanding of context-based and risk-based testing of complex business applications.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins, Git.
  • Experience utilising tools such as JIRA and Confluence for test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Prior experience working in insurance, documents, claims, policy management and billing systems.
  • Track record of experience working on complex core enterprise-wide technology platforms.
  • Experienced with coaching and mentoring junior to mid-level testers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
