We are seeking dedicated individuals to support people in living safely and independently at home, providing assistance that makes a real difference.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal care includes showering, dressing and toileting.
  • Domestic assistance covers cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
  • Transport is provided for appointments or social outings.
  • Companionship and emotional support are offered.
  • Support is given to individuals with complex needs such as Autism, Bipolar, BPD and physical disabilities.
About You:
  • You are compassionate, reliable and proactive.
  • A great communicator and active listener.
  • Someone who takes initiative and works well independently.
  • Comfortable travelling to multiple client homes within the region.
What We Offer:
  • Casual role with flexible hours (2–3 days/week).
  • Hourly pay: $38.56 – $44.96 + penalties.
