Regional Sales Representative

About this Opportunity:
In a dynamic and autonomous role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Aggregates segment across Northwest WA. As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Maintain and enhance positive working relationships with assigned customers to build customer loyalty and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and thoroughly follow up on all new business, product, and/or project opportunities within the territory
- Resolve customer issues, disputes, and/or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure all customers are trading within their allocated credit limits and continually identify and assist in managing risk
About You:
- Experience in B2B sales/account management ideally gained within the construction materials or related sectors
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to generate new business while maintaining existing customer relationships
- Highly motivated and self-confident in dealings with clients, sales staff, and team members
- Ability to work autonomously and with high-level time management skills
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate openly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
