Pediatric Disease Care Expert

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children and their families, providing medical services in paediatric infectious diseases.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively through information technology and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical services in paediatric infectious diseases, including immunisation, HIV, antimicrobial stewardship, and infection control.
- Participate in review and improvement activities, as well as training and education of staff.
- Abide by the hospital code of conduct and participate in annual performance reviews for clinical services.
Requirements:
- Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist - Paediatric infectious diseases.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and/or other specialist recognition.
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Paediatric infectious diseases at the role delineation of the service.
- Effective clinical communication and leadership skills.
