Software Implementation Consultant

This role involves bridging the gap between the platform and customer needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet expectations.

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for configuring the platform to meet customer requirements. This includes data models, workflows, business rules, financial calculations, and document templates.

You'll prepare and execute system and integration testing to ensure the delivered solution meets expectations.

Additionally, you'll analyse data conversion requirements, mapping and transforming data as needed.

Effective communication and stakeholder management are crucial aspects of this role.

You'll create and maintain project documentation, such as change requests, and project tracking reports.

Collaborating with development teams to spec and design new features for the platform is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A background in software engineering or coding.
  • Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) languages such as Java, C++, JavaScript, or Groovy.
  • Experience configuring large and/or complex software packages.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
  • Hands-on experience in writing business requirements, process maps, and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
