Pool Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Operations Manager to lead our team and contribute to the community by ensuring safe pool operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day pool operations and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. This includes leading a team, providing leadership and coaching, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Lead a team and contribute to the community by ensuring safe pool operations
  • Manage day-to-day pool operations and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety within a facility
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People
  • Previous experience (not essential but highly regarded)
  • Casual positions available with ongoing opportunities
  • Weekend, public holidays and peak-season hours required
