Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide high-level financial support and business direction to both clinical and non-clinical portfolios.

This is a Full-Time / Part-Time role based in Richmond, where you will report directly to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Department Managers to deliver comprehensive, efficient, and timely business and financial support.
  • Maintain high levels of financial stewardship and ensure financial hygiene.
  • Ensure robust financial management, accurate budgeting, forecasting, and high-quality financial reports are delivered and maintained.
  • Identify and execute cost or operational efficiencies to drive continued success and growth of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business/Accounting/Commerce.
  • CPA Australia or CAANZ Membership.
  • Previous experience in the Health industry.
  • Advanced financial modelling and data mining skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of budget preparation and management.
  • Benchmarking skills and knowledge of best practice.
