Role Overview:

Casual educators play a vital role in providing high-quality educational programs for young children.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated casual educator to join our team. As a key member of our center, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and stimulating educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the approved Early Years Learning Framework

- Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being

- Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes learning and development

- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community

- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field

- Proven experience working with young children (0-5 years)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
