About the Role

As a key team member, you will be responsible for leading our Service Crew team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating maintenance and repairs, delegating tasks, and providing on-the-job guidance and training to less experienced team members.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs in various mining areas and infrastructure
  • Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure work is completed efficiently
  • Provide on-the-job guidance and training to develop team members' skills
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant procedures
Requirements
  • At least 18 months of service crew experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills
  • Minimum 3 years of underground mining experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Current manual C Class Driver's Licence
  • Dangerous Goods Security Card
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Current Police Clearance
