At Mungari, now with a mine life through to 2038, our people have a longer future with opportunities to grow. Located in the Western Australia Goldfields, you can choose what suits your priorities. This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day. Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.

About the role

As anUnderground Paste Crew member, you'll be at the heart of our underground operations, ensuring safe and efficient paste fill activities. Reporting to the Paste Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining paste systems and supporting the broader mining team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating and maintaining paste fill systems and reticulation
• Conducting pre- and post-fill inspections
• Monitoring consumables and reducing downtime
• Troubleshooting and reporting equipment faults
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards

You'll also be a champion for safety, proactively identifying hazards and setting the standard for safe work practices.

About you

You're a hands-on operator with a strong safety mindset and a passion for teamwork. You thrive underground and are always looking for ways to improve.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 12 months' experience in underground mining
• Current manual C Class Driver's Licence
• Working at Heights certification
• Solid understanding of paste fill operations and general mine services
• Strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills

You'll also bring a positive attitude, a commitment to Evolution's values, and a drive to continuously learn and grow.
