About the Role:- Acting for buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including undertaking due diligence.
- Advising on general commercial and corporate law matters.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Advising on corporate restructuring, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Acting for clients seeking approval from various regulators, including FIRB, ACCC and ASIC.
- A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience working in a corporate advisory position.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
