Maintenance Officer Role Available
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a maintenance officer role. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of campus facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to identify needs and agree on the scope of works to be undertaken.
- Establish realistic timeframes for completion of jobs and provide feedback to stakeholders on progress.
- Ensure works are completed within budget and to required standard.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in facilities management or related environment.
- Possession of a C class vehicle drivers licence.
- Basic maintenance and technical abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
