Key Sales Support Role

This is a vital position that requires the ability to handle customer interactions, maintain system integrity and perform administrative tasks with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone calls.
  • Enter data into systems accurately and ensure system integrity.
  • Operate pricing and estimate/jobsite setup on a daily basis.
  • Maintain customer documents and folders in an organized manner.
  • Investigate and create credit requests to ensure timely payment.
  • Complete tender compliance forms with precision and accuracy.
  • Support team meetings and event coordination as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration with exposure to sales.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Attention to detail and procedural support skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Relevant system experience would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Contracts administration experience.
