
Sales Administrator Position

This is a vital position that requires the ability to handle customer interactions, maintain system integrity and perform administrative tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone calls.
- Enter data into systems accurately and ensure system integrity.
- Operate pricing and estimate/jobsite setup on a daily basis.
- Maintain customer documents and folders in an organized manner.
- Investigate and create credit requests to ensure timely payment.
- Complete tender compliance forms with precision and accuracy.
- Support team meetings and event coordination as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration with exposure to sales.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and procedural support skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Relevant system experience would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Contracts administration experience.
