About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated team leader to lead our Student Services Centre on a permanent full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficient service delivery and a supportive environment for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain the smooth function of the centre and uphold our core values.
  • Support the development of staff and students through training and coaching.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote student well-being and success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with staff, students, and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
