Business Operations Lead

As a leader in our store, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional store operations, focusing on seamless customer experiences and memorable D.I.Y. projects.
About the Role:
- You will spearhead day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Using visual merchandising techniques, you will enhance store marketing plans, aligning with business requirements.
- Support the store leadership team, setting an example of best practice and empowering the team to provide friendly advice to customers.
- Coach the team on service behaviours, assisting with inducting and training new members.
What You Will Need:
- Experience leading customer-facing teams in high safety and compliance environments.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Able to coach and develop others, providing feedback and achieving results through teamwork.
- Approachable and confident when interacting with customers, with a desire to learn about new products.
