Operations Management Opportunity

The role of Operations Manager is a vital position within the organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations across key business functions.

This is a high-impact leadership role with strong visibility across the organisation, requiring a strong background in production or operations management within a complex, engineered-to-order, or customized manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Management, combined with a solid foundation in process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

You'll play a crucial role in driving the company's next phase of growth, creating a strong operational foundation that supports scaling without sacrificing quality or culture.

  • Maintain warehouse management systems to ensure the business stays ready for the future.
  • Prepare and oversee manufacturing budgets, conduct forecasting, and support the development of financial strategies for the manufacturing department.
  • Implement sustainable lean and visual manufacturing techniques.
  • Review capacity of production facility in line with sales forecasts and make recommendations as required.
  • Offer coaching and training to enhance the skills and boost the confidence of staff in the manufacturing and supply departments.

  • A strong understanding of technology in a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and various manufacturing software applications.
