Learning & Development Expert

As a Business Partner and L&D Specialist at UniSuper, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a learning mindset throughout the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right Learning and Development (L&D) solutions are provided to the right audience at the right time, offering strategic advice that drives impactful results.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Training Needs Analyses: Identify skill gaps and development requirements to inform L&D solutions.
- Design Instructional Content: Create engaging face-to-face, virtual, and digital learning environments that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Facilitate Workshops and Training Programs: Deliver high-quality training experiences that drive knowledge transfer and behavioral change.
- Develop Training Materials and Digital Resources: Create and maintain a library of training materials and digital resources that support L&D initiatives.
- Design, Manage, and Analyze Surveys: Develop and implement surveys to measure training effectiveness and inform future L&D initiatives.
- Provide Development Planning Advice: Offer guidance on development planning to support individuals in achieving their career goals.

- Demonstrate Knowledge and Experience with the ADDIE Model: Show a deep understanding of the ADDIE model of instructional design and its application in real-world scenarios.
- Demonstrate Understanding of Employee Development Theories: Demonstrate a broad range of knowledge and experience with theories used to design employee development solutions.
- Create Digital Resources: Develop online modules, videos, and other digital resources that support L&D initiatives.
