Global Land Supply is the Land division of Flight Centre Travel Group, and we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team

The Accounts Payable area is the centralised point for invoice processing, supplier payments and supplier assistance regarding the resolution of any finance issues that may arise in our business. This role is primarily responsible for the associated queries from internal and external stakeholders. This involves but is not limited to: account reconciliation, paying suppliers in a timely and accurately manner, supplier queries and correspondence, Selling Partner queries and end of month activities.

**You'll be perfect in this role if you can showcase**:

- Professional and friendly demeanour when dealing with internal and external suppliers
- The ability to build and sustain productive relationships
- Query resolution skills - banking, partners & stakeholder relationship
- A proactive and solutions focused approach to problem solving and process improvement

**To hit the ground running, you will need to possess**:

- Fluency in financial concepts
- Ability to think 'outside the box' and problem solve
- Excellent back-office system knowledge
- Ability to interpret bank statements, supplier invoices/statements and documentation
- Highly developed customer service skills to ensure mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, partners and customers
- Accounts Payable or Procure To Pay experience **(Essential)**:

- Travel Industry knowledge (Desirable)
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce (Desirable)

- Supporting auditing requirements

- Administration & training support
- Financial control and end of month activities
- Providing analysis and support to the management accounting team or liaising directly with selling partners
