Data Quality Delivery Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage our data-driven initiatives from conception through to execution. The ideal candidate will oversee data analysis efforts, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making and business strategies. They will also ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills to facilitate smooth collaboration among multiple stakeholders at all levels (technical and non-technical). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the data quality product roadmap.
  • Provide SME expertise to data quality projects and assist other IT projects relating to data governance.
  • Use data analysis & reporting to drive data product decisions, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Make key product decisions and escalate issues to stakeholders and Steering Committees when necessary.
  • Innovate and design data quality products using user research, user-centered design, and customer-centric design.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 6+ years' experience in a Delivery Manager role or similar (e.g., Product Manager / Project Manager).
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Quality, along with an understanding of Data Governance.
  • Capable of using tools like SQL, Python, for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience leading data projects through their lifecycle, managing proposed changes to scope, schedule, or budget, and ensuring deliverable outcomes at an appropriate level.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to facilitate smooth collaboration among multiple stakeholders at all levels (technical and non-technical).

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
