A critical role in our organisation, the Flight Operations Specialist is responsible for safe and efficient flight operations across Northern Territory and South Australia.
About the Role:
- Flight operations for aeromedical evacuations, inter-hospital patient transfers, and healthcare personnel charter flights are a core part of this position.
- Working with the latest technology in aviation and alongside health professionals to provide emergency and primary health care services is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting safe and efficient flight operations under high pressure/stressful situations is crucial for success in this role.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional healthcare services is vital.
Requirements:
- CASA CPL (A) qualification is required.
- Current IPC (3 renewals) certificate is necessary.
- Minimum 2000 total flight hours are needed.
- Minimum 1500 hours in command experience is required.
