About the Role

As an Air Logistics Operations Specialist, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services across various logistics channels. With your advanced expertise in managing air transport operations and optimizing supply chain processes, you will be responsible for coordinating flights, handling freight, tracking shipments, and managing inventory to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate documentation to record all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved property accountability procedures.
  • Ensure material and equipment are catalogued to a standard nomenclature in automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) to enhance tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes.
  • Conduct regular stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.
  • Create and maintain a Critical Spares Inventory of parts essential to mission activities and stock items accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have a US TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Must have a minimum of five years of logistics experience on large contract.
  • Must have a minimum of seven years of MILAR Cargo experience.
  • Must have one of the following certifications: USAF Hazardous Materials - Preparer LCAZP2T051, Navy Supply Corps School TRANS HAZMAT Course, or Defense Ammunition Training Center AMMO-62 course.
  • Must have USAF GATES and GDSS experience (Note: USAF Loadmaster is preferred).
  • Must have experience building L463L Pallets.
