Flight Operations Specialist
">This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our flight operations crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough pre-flight checks on aircraft to ensure airworthiness;">
- Coordinate flight plans and schedules with other departments as required;">
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements;">
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members;">
- Maintain accurate records of flight operations and performance data.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">Essential Qualifications:
">- ">
- Current Commercial Pilot's License (CPL) (A);">
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time;">
- Minimum 1500 hours command experience;">
- 100 hours night flying experience;">
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.">
Desirable Qualifications:
">- ">
- Experience operating aircraft in remote areas;">
- Knowledge of rural and remote Australia;">
- Emergency retrieval practices training;">
- Turbine engine aircraft operation experience.">
