We seek a dynamic sales leader to drive strategic sales initiatives and growth. This is a senior role for a leader who excels in building client relationships, executing innovative sales campaigns, and unlocking new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop seasonal selling strategies and tactical campaigns to drive sales performance.
  • Generate new business leads through sales calls, appointments, hotel familiarisations, digital marketing campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build and manage client relationships through account management, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client functions.
  • Collaborate with the team to design attractive sales packages and develop new products and services tailored for specific markets.
  • Maximise revenue management impact by developing effective strategies.
Requirements:
  • A proven sales professional with experience within the hotel sector.
  • Someone who can close deals and connect authentically with people.
  • Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and creative sales strategy.
  • A polished communicator - confident, engaging, and professional.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office and hospitality systems.
  • Organised, self-driven, and able to multitask. Plus, an ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the marketplace and community.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in hotel sales, functions, and events.
  • Established contacts within the corporate marketplace or the ability to quickly establish relationships.
  • Ability to assist with budgets, forecasting and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to regularly commute over to the island and travel as required.
