Job Description

The role of Head of Department involves leading a school department to develop and implement a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. This includes embedding socially just practices in daily school life, setting high standards for student and staff performance, and participating in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
