The Administration Officer Level 3 will play a pivotal role in providing timely, reliable and efficient administrative support services to enable the Inpatient St George Mental Health Service team to achieve their objectives.
This role involves performing a wide range of administrative tasks, responding to enquiries and determining appropriate responses in a complex work environment, as well as providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Enquiry Response: Respond to a range of enquiries, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and ability to determine appropriate responses.
- Quality Service: Deliver high-quality service and quality improvement initiatives, driving excellence in workplace practices and procedures.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Utilize advanced Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in rotational roles across the service.
- Technical Proficiency: Leverage electronic staff rostering systems, online recruitment platforms, personnel information systems, and building maintenance software to streamline processes.
- Driver's License: Possess a current unrestricted Class C Driver's License.
