Investigative Expertise Role

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to safeguarding our clients by providing high-quality, timely, and fair investigations into serious misconduct matters.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into allegations of reportable conduct within our programs and identifying opportunities for practice improvement to mitigate risks to vulnerable clients.

Your expertise will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and practice improvements within an agile organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into allegations of reportable conduct, including those related to employees, contractors, and foster carers.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for our clients and ensure expeditious investigations are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and provide recommendations for practice improvement opportunities to mitigate risks to children, young people, and vulnerable clients.
