Job Summary
">Tailings Geotechnical SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and coordinate geotechnical field investigation programs, work closely with engineers of record on long-term operational projects, and develop geotechnical assessments and analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate geotechnical field investigations and oversee their execution
- Collaborate with Engineers-of-Record on long-term projects to ensure geotechnical requirements are met
- Develop and implement geotechnical assessments and analysis tools
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia and CPENG status
- 1-5+ years of experience in geotechnical consulting
- Proficiency in geotechnical logging software (Tablogs, Holebase, etc)
- Competence in GIS or CAD package usage
