Service Manager OSHC

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our OSHC service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in line with government regulations and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service to ensure it meets all necessary standards and guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to increase commitment to the service.
  • Inspire a culture of safety within the team that aligns with PCYC Queensland values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum Diploma in childhood studies or other recognised qualification.
  • The ability to take on responsibility as Nominated supervisor.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary team.
  • A current Working with Children Check/Blue Card and First Aid certificate.
  • An open licence and willingness to operate a 12 seater minibus.
  • A light rigid or medium rigid driver's licence, eligible to obtain an RDA if undertaking bus driving duties.
  • A Queensland Transport Driver's Authorisation Card if undertaking bus driving duties.
