**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Service Manager within our organization. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our Out-of-School Hours Care (OSHC) service.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care is delivered in line with Government Regulations, Legislation, National Quality Framework, and organizational requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations, and experience in leading and managing a team.

Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma in childhood studies or other recognized qualifications;
  • Ability to take on responsibility as Nominated supervisor;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations;
  • Experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary OSHC team;
  • Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card; and
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.

Additionally, all employees must have received the prescribed number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, and complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
