IMMEDIATE START

We are seeking a fun, motivated, and experienced Program and Inclusion Support Coordinator to lead the design and delivery of engaging OSHC programs at Rochedale State School OSHC.

This permanent full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to shape meaningful experiences for children, support and mentor our talented team of educators, and strengthen connections with families and the wider school community.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our programs are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with the National Quality Framework—helping us create a safe, inspiring space where every child can thrive.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, confident in program planning, and passionate about inclusion and child wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the planning, implementation, and review of weekly and term-based OSHC programs
  • Supporting educators in delivering inclusive, engaging activities aligned with My Time, Our Place
  • Facilitating team meetings, mentoring, and professional development
  • Promoting a safe and positive environment with clear behaviour guidance strategies
  • Maintaining regular communication with families and fostering community involvement
  • Managing enrolments, child records, and reporting in line with NQF and A&R processes
  • Overseeing rosters, staff performance, and training compliance
  • Sourcing and maintaining program resources and equipment
  • Reflecting on service delivery and guiding continuous improvement

A dedicated and dynamic coordinator with experience, initiative, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to contribute to a high-quality OSHC service.

Key qualities include:

  • A proactive, open-minded, and self-motivated approach to leadership and learning
  • Proven experience in program planning, particularly in inclusion support
  • Strong communication, organisation, and team mentoring skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership on the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)

Essential Requirements

  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Registered with PRODA and eligible to act as a Nominated Supervisor and Responsible Person
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Ability to pass or hold: National Police Check, Bankruptcy Check, ASIC check
  • Willingness to work a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts

Highly Desirable:
