Job Description

This is a dynamic role in our Social Media department, focusing on creating engaging content and building a strong community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, working closely with internal teams and agency partners.

As a key member of our team, you will create and curate compelling content that resonates with our audience, using various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Curate and create high-quality content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other industry professionals.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar.
Bonus Points:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
  • On-camera presenting experience or proficiency in video editing software.
