About Karara Mining

Located 200km south-east of Geraldton in Western Australia, Karara has an expected mine life of 30+ years. The operation includes a large open pit mine, complex ore processing and beneficiation plant, and significant infrastructure and logistics networks.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. Our facilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute goods release, work orders, service requisitions, and service entries in SAP
  2. Assist with the distribution of site communications and information bulletins to ensure appropriate display through the business
  3. Provide administration support and coordinate tasks for the Village and Aerodrome Superintendent
  4. Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Superintendent in a timely manner
  5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as instructed by the leader to ensure positive communication of critical information and support management of key contractors
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in an administrative and/or secretarial position
  2. Advanced skills in computer programs including: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint & Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Visio Professional
  3. Proven experience using SAP, INX, Inflight, and data management systems
  4. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, typing accuracy, and customer service
  5. WA 'C' Class Drivers' License
  6. Good communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
