Job Description

The Pregnancy Family Conferencing Coordinator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of a program across Southern NSW.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and sustaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Receiving, assessing and allocating referrals to the program.
  • Working with facilitators, staff, representatives of community, and other government and non-government agencies to organise meetings.
  • Identifying and managing pathway or systems issues that require improvement.
  • Collecting and maintaining required data on the program and contributing to its evaluation and improvement.
  • Preparing written project reports, proposals, submissions, briefs and other documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, social science or related field.
  • Extensive experience working with families with complex needs.
  • A valid NSW drivers license and willingness to travel where required.
  • Clearance from a National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
