About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic lifestyle program leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring officers, coordinating volunteers, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor officers to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Coordinate volunteers to enhance resident engagement and participation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Respond to employee, resident, and client concerns in line with our complaints management policy.
  • Participate in accreditation processes to ensure compliance standards are met.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or willingness to obtain.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
