We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of our fast-paced, high-volume, a la carte kitchen and will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities- To prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards
- To maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- To work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant is ideal
- A passion for cuisine with a strong focus on food quality and presentation
- The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods
