The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Bar, and Café outlets, including rostering and staff management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
