Claims Manager

As a Claims Executive at Ensure Recruitment, you will play a vital role in supporting a small broker claims team. Your primary responsibility will be to work towards company goals, mentoring and allocating work to team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a team member in a small broker claims team
- Working towards company goals and objectives
- Mentoring and allocating work to team members
- Managing SME property claims portfolios, including domestic property, marine, ISR, and liability
- Collaborating with clients, brokers, insurers, and assessors to ensure seamless claims processes
- Handling complaints and ensuring timely responses within IDR timeframes
- Providing training and support to team members on complex claims
- Assisting stakeholders and educating them on claims processes
Requirements:
- Experience in SME broking claims, property, liability, some PI, and marine
- Dynamic, upbeat, and positive attitude with experience dealing with various personalities and claims situations
- Ability to act professionally in all situations and manage challenging claims
- Desire to help others, educate clients, and support team members and brokers
- Ability to influence outcomes in a positive manner
- Desire to advocate for clients and brokers during challenging times
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
