The geotechnical department specializes in providing reliable consulting services, with investigations provided through an end-to-end service offering.

We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our team as a Drillers Assistant on a full-time basis based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Geotechnicians with geotechnical investigations by setting up drill equipment, maintaining high safety standards, and supporting soil sampling.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and other key stakeholders on site.
  • Traveling and working in the field and in remote locations, including opportunities to travel interstate as part of employment.
  • Assisting with geotechnical analyses and for foundations and retaining walls investigations, slope stability investigations, pavement designs, and earthworks supervision.
  • Participating in the delivery of projects, ensuring work outputs are of a high technical standard and quality assured.
  • Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety procedures are adhered to under all circumstances.
