Education Sector Partnerships Manager

We seek a seasoned professional with education sector experience in Victoria to manage diverse stakeholder relationships. This key role focuses on building and maintaining our reputation for delivering quality-focused, nurturing care programmes.
This position involves working with schools, parents, and kids to deliver high-quality out-of-school and vacation care programs. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive and develop strong relationships with key decision makers in schools.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education sector, be able to identify potential risks and wider ramifications, and possess a flexible can-do attitude that can take on additional opportunities and go the extra mile when needed.
Able to work independently as part of a wider team, the successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing proposals, managing contracts, tenders, and re-tendering processes. They will also understand the importance of compliance, regular reporting to stakeholders, and doing what it takes to meet and exceed quality standards.
