About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Risk Management Group in the Institutional Client Onboarding program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and document current and future state processes to deliver meaningful change in an Agile structure.
  • Work in partnership with specialist business teams to deliver Macquarie's Targeting Operating Model for Counterparty Lifecycle Management.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with Counterparty Lifecycle Management SME's to provide their voice on the Project and manage the delivery plan for this workstream.
  • Bring knowledge of market best practice into workshops, including the design of the migration approach.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, ideally with experience or ambitions to gain experience in Project Management.
  • Understanding of best practice in Counterparty Lifecycle Management in institutional financial services organisations.
  • Experience in Agile ways of working, iterative development processes, and managing technology solutions.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply.
  • Prior experience with Fen-X (Fenergo Cloud solutions) will be highly regarded.
