Ecommerce Leadership Role

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ecommerce leader to spearhead our digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving growth and scaling direct-to-consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of website user experience, conversion rates, and overall online performance.
  • Collaborative leadership on digital marketing strategies, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.
  • Strategic development and execution of merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops.
  • Analysis of key metrics, reporting on performance, and implementation of data-driven improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of ecommerce experience with proven results in scaling e-commerce businesses.
  • Expertise in Shopify or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), search engine optimisation (SEO), email, and paid performance marketing.
  • A natural leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
